Waiting times, tolls, and stops are additional charges.
Additional Services such as Child Seats, Parking, Meet and Greet are available at customers request.
Club Chi Town Limousine assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, or for any items left in the vehicle. Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicles. Client agrees that the passenger capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by his/ her party during services. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement. Club Chi Town Limousine reserves the right to cancel any services without refund, if the driver or the office feels that the client is putting the operator of the vehicle in danger of injury or has possession of any illegal material or substance, this service will be canceled without refund.

In the even the credit application is approved, the applicant hereby agrees to and accepts the following terms and conditions: Full payment shall be due upon receipt of statement. Failure to make payment in full within 30 days of statement closing will subject applicant’s account to a finance charge, which will be computed on the average daily balance at a monthly rate of 1% (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE OF 12%)
If payment is in arrears in excess of 60 days, we shall have the right to charge against any credit card used as a back up security of the account.
In the event that the account remains unpaid and legal fees and costs are incurred by Club Chi Town Limousine, Inc. relating to the collection thereof, the applicant agrees that it shall be liable for any and all such reasonable legal fees and costs, in addition to its outstanding balance.
The applicant hereby agrees that the usual credit inquiries may be made and it authorizes Club Chi Town Limousine, Inc. to obtain such information as it may require from whatever sources it deems necessary concerning any statements made on the credit application. The applicant certifies that eh credit application statements are true, correct, and complete and have been made for the purpose of inducing Club Chi Town Limousine, Inc. will rely thereupon.
The applicant represent that he/she is an officer and / or is duly authorized to file this application for a Club Chi Town Limousine, Inc. Credit Charge.

NO SHOW / CANCELATION POLICY |
In the continental U.S. we require a minimum (4) hour cancellation notice for sedans and limousines prior to the pick up time in order to waive a charge. Vans, Mini Coaches and Buses require at least (24) hour’s notice. There is a (24) hour cancellation notice require for anywhere outside the U.S. Late cancellations and no shows are charged at the respective minimums. Cancellation #’s should always be given and noted. It is the clients responsibility to ask for the cancellation #’s and the client will be responsible for any charges incurred by not notifying Club Chi Town Limousine, Inc. of a cancellation.
